What you'll learn:
This course is an introduction to trademark law, including how to conduct a clearance search, how to successfully prosecute a trademark application before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office, and how to enforce one’s rights. Attendees will also explore the rights you get when you have a trademark and what those basic rights mean under federal and international laws.
